Harman Investment Properties and Harman Property Management Services were founded in 1985 by William R. Harman. Initially, the companies were involved in the ownership and management of apartment properties in Lexington, Georgetown and Frankfort. At this time the company focuses primarily upon the redevelopment of office and retail properties.
